I recently replaced my 18" glasspacks with 40 series flowmasters. LT Headers to 2 1
/4" pipe to mufflers than turndown right at axle. It is the quietest aftermarket exhaust I have ever owned. I can hear my fan more than exhaust,. I always thought the original 40 series was pretty loud, especially dumped under the bed. I had 40s on an 03 silverado with LT's and no cats and it was much louder, sounded awesome. What gives?
