Did you happen to replace the rear brake hose? I mean the one before the "T" at the rear end.
I just did my single to duel master and I had a Heck of a time bleeding my brakes only to find out that hose was collapsed. You cant see it from the out side. I replaced mine and BINGO....no problems.
