I am fairly new to this site. I have found it to be very helpful in finding information, as I help my son get his 69 C10 on the road.
I am curious to find-out if there is a source for information about interchanging newer parts on these great older trucks.

Currently, I am looking to find year/make/model info to swap brake assemblies to convert to disks.
I have seen websites where we can buy a kit that has drop spindles, as well as a complete brake package, but I'd like to know if there is something sitting at the dismantler's yard that bolts-up.
Same thing with the steering column; Without major fabrication, what do you look for to swap to a tilt column?
