Fabric is in excellent condition and everything works like new-even the original GM Velcro for the garage door opener is the compartment.
I bought this console 12 years ago and never used it on my project. It's been stored in my house since I purchased it.
A simple install but takes some time. If you need some directions and measurements on placement, I can give you the data.
