1st, I recommend you measure your truck w/the current wheels to ensure things will work as expected (think of it as reverse engineering).

A 69 w/the narrower 6-lug housing could do both of the back-space dimensions listed @ the 4" drop proposed. When you start getting to the 6+ inches of rear drop, the back space limitations become much more critical.
