That +15 and +38 refers to the offset, in mm. So they have positive offset of 15 or 38mm. Now as far as that translates, I can't remember.

From what I remember, it's measured from the center of the width of the rim. So in your case, 4 1/4. Sooo, +15 would move the face of the rim 15mm closer to the lip. If that is the case, then +38 would provide the most backspace, and less lip.... I THINK. Somebody else help me out here
