I can testify that you can make almost anything fit. This set up cost me $59 with shipping.
The Grant hub and stuff was extra. All-in, about $115. I forget the brand. But it's an Italian mfg. for marine application.
About 13 1/2"....A little small for some folks. But not silly-small. And, I have P.S.
I just re-drilled the hub and played with the horn stuff a little. This is the only pic I have right now.
