I'd stay with what you have. It looks like a 6" lift to me. If you go any bigger with "anything" you will need to do "everything" to have a truck that is worthy of going way out where you want to go and make it back. You truck is set up really well now for that. I'd invest in traction aid differentials if you don't already have those.
