I am looking at doing a gear change (4.11 to 3.42), add posi & add rear disc all in one easy low cost package. I am already running 17" wheels from a 2001 Suburban with 2" spacers on each side.

I have been watching these on CL & they seem to go as low as $200, generally $3-400. This rear seems to much easier to find than the F-body, Caprice or S-10 ZR-2 rear.

I still need to get a better handle on the overall width but I'm thinking that with some grinder time & extra set of saddles, this could be the correct asnwer for me.
