You can buy a "header patch panel" for the inside of the cab above the windshield, but the rust in the driprails won't be that easy to fix. My driprails are compleley rotted out, with rush on top of and below the driprail, almsot all the way through in some places. If the rest of your cab is in good shape, you can "clip" the cab, and weld on a new section of cab from the windshield pilliars to the floor....if the rest is rotted, i would look for a new cab (what i am doing for mine)
