Have seen a few extra short trucks ... that being a blazer frame used instead of a truck frame... pretty much you need the cab support mounts off a regular truck frame for the rear cab supports.
And the truck bed mounts also off a truck frame. Tricky part is shrtening a bed that much... i have seen a couple locally... one has bed and cab molded together and one has bed seperate from cab. No pics saved.. sorry
