also, an old rule of thumb was replce the input shaft bearing .....whenever the trans came out(just for peace of mind). Im not sure how the clutch works for you, but the throwout bearing is another source of possible trouble if its been in for a while. It might cost a little more, but in the longrun possibly save another labor bill. Good luck, crazyL
