Some people use the larger 4x4 high hump floor pans.
This will allow you to run stock oem style carpet or floor mat.
But I doubt it's enough to work for that tall of a "Z".
Most likely you will need to add a tunnel for the driveshaft also.

If the drivetrain can be shifted forward some, it can help w/cab clearance issues. Too much though & it will create core support clearance issues....
