Thats ok, this time last year I didn't even have plans for construction. When I stood up the trusses on Labor day weekend I didn't know how much venting I needed. I learned everything as I went. This is my first complete building. I hadn't even framed a complete wall. I have learned a lot this last year on building codes and permits and inspections and setbacks and surveys and electrical and and and and and.

I don't build for a living so this has made me a little crazy and my tools are hard to find.
