Up here, I don't think that is unrealistic. Especially when someone is trying to buy something that isn't for sale. Even though your bodystyle isn't as desirable as others, it is still desirable. There are not alot around here that don't have flintstone floors.

Trying compare truck prices between Canada and the U.S is like comparing apples to oranges

If I was you, I would figure out what it would cost to build it again. Cause you know your gonna. I only say this because you say you were'nt planning on selling it.
