You can not use the '71-'82 5 lug axles in the '63-'70 differential housings. The increased length will put the wheel bearing surface in the wrong position. If you have the complete 12 bolt from that Suburban, just buy a set of the trailing arm mounts, and mount it under your truck. But don't forget, you will also have to weld a panhard bar mount on the newer rear end.
If you decide to have your original axles plugged and redrilled, take a good look at the wheel bearing surface. If they are worn and/or pitted, it doesn't make much sense to put much money into them. You can get brand new 5 lug conversion axles for $275-$300.00.
