No, but you don't really need it. If you are buying a new MC, it should come with some screw-in plugs for the ports. Fill the MC with fluid, and push the part where the push rod goes. You will see bubbles when you do this. Keep pushing until the bubbles stop. Check out Youtube for some how-tos.
