They make a really nice chassis that performs extremely well. It is spendy, but a nice piece.
I don't think they make any IFS kits specific for the C10 yet.
We offer a replacement crossmember that will shed some weight and give you revised geometry. If you have any questions feel free to send me a PM with your number and I can give you a call to discuss.
