To elaborate a bit...I've found the traction differences between the Radial T/A and the Avid S/T to be night and day. There is a definite advantage with the S/T's in the dry, and wet...well, there's simply no comparison. With the T/A's, I've had the tail end try to swing around under light throttle when there was a puddle! The S/T's just keep on sticking.
On top of that...my T/A's were done at about 15,000 miles. The S/Ts have nearly that many and have at least half of their tread left.
