If you have intentions of lowering the truck, I would highly suggest the lower profile mounts that places like Classic, the Truck Shop, and Brothers carry. If it's going to stay at stock height, they carry those, too. If I recall, they are around $15 for the pair, bolts included.
Most self-service yards around here won't allow torches or power tools.
