Propane burns super clean. (I don't want to sound like Hank Hill here) Engines usually last a long time because of this. My dad had propane powered vehicles when I was a kid. The oil in them always looked like new. I think he put over 300k miles on a 302 Ford. The engine in this propane powered truck might be in pretty nice shape. If the propane conversion is in good shape it has some value as well.
