I just read through your build thread. That is a sweet truck and I think you will regret selling it.
Last time I put a carpet kit in one of these trucks it seems like I had to trim a couple inches on each side so i think your hump will probably be fine.
Watch Craigslist for a cheap non running Suburban for your interior parts.
