If he is offshore why is he coming all the way to the US to buy a truck that has "issues"? Are you sure this thing is legit?
My last job I wired money all over the world, and our company was paid from companies all over the world. It doesn't matter where they are. Walk into your bank and ask them the best way for you to get paid for your truck.
