What everyone else has said. It's a scam. My son has a motorcycle business and got almost the exact story for a motorcycle he was selling. Claimed to be on an oil rig, buying for son, can't make phone calls (but had internet), wanted to paypal the money, and never said they wanted to buy the motorcycle, always wanted to buy "your item".
