widest rear rims/tires with a stock stepside fender..ideas/pics?

I've decided not to mini-tub Project Daisycutter, but would like to get some ideas/pics from other stepside owners of how to cram as much meat under those stepside fenders as possible.
Anybody roll the fender lips in for an extra inch of clearance?
What size rims, backspacing are you guys running?
