When choosing your stall speed. You should have everthing in mind. When does your cam start pulling? Where does your intake start? Weight of the vehicle, gear ratio in the rear end and etc. The info you can provide the better an closer you can get to what you need. If you are just buying one of the shelf. Consider your specs? For example if your setup starts pulling at 2000 consider a 2500-2800 converter. If it starts at 3000 start with something around a 3500. Street try to have all the converter in at your cruising speed. Just my thoughts.
