300 sounds like a screaming great deal. Go in knowing you need a motor the same frame size and rpm as the one you are replacing. You will also likely need an electric motor starter. If the motor amperage exceeds the pressure switches capacity then a motor starter is needed. Think of it as a big relay. If you do end up needing a starter shop the internet. Local electrical supply shops are usually crazy high on them.
