No pics, but the tow hooks should mount using the two horizontal bolts that hold the bumper bracket to the end of the frame (the bolts are shared, and do both functions). I did that job for one day, installing the front bumper on the assembly line. Even dropped a tow hook on my trainer's foot at one point....

They should hang down sort of vertically. There is a cut out in the spoiler to provide access; you should be able to take a "non tow hook" spoiler and cut a notch in it to convert it to a tow hook spoiler - I think there are some ribs on the back side that will help you locate where to trim.
