99 to Life, Thank you. It did not take any special tools for this one just a welder and my 4 1/2 grinder with a slitter wheel. Just a lot of figuring. The 48 fender slopes downwark towards the headlight ring and the 55 brow is flatter. That is the reason for the slices in the fenders. Then on the larger slices I sheared strips to weld in. I am doing my headlights on my panel like I did on the 54. Custom buckets with the adjusters in the fender well and weld the ring to the fenders for that smooth look. I used the hagan buckets and too much money for what you get.
