Just got off the phone with the machinest.

Apparently the block i took him was in amazing shape.... To the point that his thoughts that it been machined and never installed. Oh, and its .040 OVER!!!

So, looks like i will have a 307 that is .040 over...which makes it a what???

Anyway, having him hone it, install cam bearings and freeze plugs, grind the crank wash it and prep for paint.

I am also getting a set of ready to go fresh built Vortec heads...All new valves and springs and checked for 325.....

He said he could get me the rebuild kit that has everything for 212....Anyone know a better price for that?????
