OK, I understand now. Not the front end on the parts truck, you want to leave your front end in place.
If it were me, I'd figure what the weight and/or value of a scrap cab is and offer him some scrap to replace it. A radiator or a/c condensor may be worth what a cab is for scrap for instance. Then you can do the swap at your leisure and scrap the old cab when you are done. In my experience, you will need or forget 1 little thing that will make the whole deal no good $ wise. Best to keep what you have until you KNOW that you don't need anything else IMHO.
