POL once sold a relocator that bolted to the top of the frame rail check w/them.

73-87's have a little more meat (height) @ the rail in that area so a aftermarket upper shock mount can be relocated higher up on the rail (just above where the OE stud goes). I did this on my 74 so I could use stock length replacement shocks w/a 3" spindle/1-coil cut front drop.
