The cluster is attached with screws. From your post I assume you already took them out. I doubt you are stuck on the wire harness on the back. What I had to do to get it back in after replacing my gauges was just work carefully. You must push the cluster back and pull out on side at a time. I don't remember if the top comes out first or the bottom but it cannot fit in at one time. The speedometer cable just pulls through a grommet in the firewall also if that's what your asking.

Just be patient with it cause it is a PITA.
