There's only about a million people looking for a set of hubcaps like that. luckily, they are frequently offered for sale on Ebay or Craigslist. Price is directly related to condition, so be prepared to pay a good amount for a nice set.
If you are a stickler for correctness, the 64-5 caps differ from 66 in that they have no ridge around the raised center section. Other that that detail they are pretty much the same, so either will look ok. Good luck.
