I cant say anything about the welder, but the OP mention'd free freight and EastWood does offer free freight often, the small print say's if it's more than 3 square inch's and /or whiegh's more than 14 oz's it dont qualify.
I just got there Plamsa cutter then a few week's later a weld'n cart. the ship'n cost was'nt bad but was'nt free either.
