Pic 15: this is where i got screwed up. note the budweiser cardboard in the middle. very custom! i had to use this to keep the horn from blowing nonstop. if you don't use this as soon as you push the Grant hub (top) with canceling cam (bottom) onto the column shaft the horn will blow. this worked best for me.
