Although I like Twin Sticks, my favorite trans is the 10-Speed Road Ranger. Here is a pretty good example of one. For those not familiar a 10-Speed, it Shifts 5 with the Button Down and 5 with the Button Up. Although in this video, he starts out in 3rd. He also starts in 3rd at time 2:46.
