1970 GMC 396/402ci big block Complete w/accesories.

I am pulling the big block out of my 1 owner 70' burb. I am swaping in an 07' 6.2L, I am not sure why though. The 396 runs so good it hard to get rid of it.

I purchased the truck about a year ago from AZ, it had 127,000 miles on it. Since i bought it I have put just over 10,000 miles on. I have not had one issue with it, it has been flawless. total miles 137,...

I drove it home to MI from AZ 2200 miles, and regularly go on 2+ hour drives up north with it. With 3.05 gears and a TH400 I get 15MPG consistantly.

This burns a little oil but does not show at the tail pipe.

When i bought the truck the PO had installed many new parts, he used it to go camping in the mountains, he sold it to get a 4x4.

Includes: carb distributer, wires, air cleaner, longtube headers(not rusty), waterpump, alternator, P/S pump, pulleys, brackets, fuel pump, A/C compressor, cooling fan, motor mounts and stands, flexplate, starter,.....

I am selling the TH400 also and can sell it together if you like.

I can ship this any where you like.

If you are close you can test drive it, the engine is not out but will be in a few weeks.

Asking $1000 obo
