I'm no mechanic, but if I were you I would take it to a local shop that does suspension work for a free inspection. Even if you are mechanically inclined, I would take advantage of a free professional opinion from someone who can put it up on a rack and get a good look quickly. Even the chain repair shops would be better than guessing. I would not drive it very far with the condition you state.
