Another reason why California SUCKS!! Yu guys have it easy. There is too much redtape and paperwork involved to get a damn unlicensed trailer registered. It is easier if I get another plate and title and just say I bought it and they will transfer no problem. Don't have to inspect it either. They do inspections on vehicles but not title transfer on utility trailers.
