Opinions are why i post it. I get so many ideas, its always super helpful. And i thank you for posting.
I will use my truck very little as a truck. Might haul a few small boats here and there for the shop, but i doubt i'll haul much. I have seen lots of bed fills with nice covers over them. And it is recessed enought to not be sticking up through. I'm guessing the BOYDS tanks dont stick up through the bed floor on metal floors. But i'm going to ask first.
I am not a fan of the 88-98 side door fills on these trucks, i just don't think it fits. MY $.02 anyway.
