Lifts blocks and longer ubolts is one way to lift the orig 2wd rear and keep the same spring rate. You may need longer shocks and a longer brake flex hose depending on the lift. You can probably get away with 2.5" and not change shocks and brake hose.
As far as the front I used 72 springs and actually removed one leaf to get the height I wanted.
I can send any pic you want on the front as I converted my 67 c10 to a k10 using 69 hangers.
