But that's not what these numbskulls do. They squirt it in there between dirty unprep'd metal cavities, and now moisture is held up against the unprotected metal. I've even read in these forums of guys saying they use the stuff that doesn't absorb moisture. But that still doesn't work. I pulled that great dry foam stuff out of my cab corners. The foam stuff was nice and dry inside, and still holding moisture from condensation against the metal.

I think my buddy blew it out w/an air hose, that's about it. Squirt it in... Rust is already there, and he lives on a gravel road. Poor 51. I saw a 64-5-6 in a salvage yard, the roof had been filled w/great stuff-it almost looked like an acid in the product actually started the corrosion. Rust/corrosion was crazy.
The PO of my '64 went the fiberglass route in the kick panel/floor corner, after buffing the rust w/wire brush on a drill-the glass peeled right off like a orange peel. He also fiberglassed the bed stake holes up. Truck had a camper so there were many holes drilled around the stake holes. I welded it all up.
