Also - a couple of them might have corresponding holes in the frame rails - you can feed your extension through the hole, put the socket on one end and the breaker bar on the other, and then get a straight shot.

That's what I was thinking but I don't see any holes on the bottom of the frame rail to put an extension through. And I didn't really think a plain old socket or wrench could do the job.
