Once the old weather stripping is removed, you will be able to grab a hold of the back side of the vent window and pull back to remove it from the door. READ BELOW.

IF YOU HAVE TINTED WINDOWS, BE VERY CAREFUL TO KEEP THE BOTTOM PART OF THE FRAME ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR GLASS SO YOU DO NOT SCRATCH YOUR TINT!!!
As you pull back on the frame, the bottom part of the vent window bracket will slide forward. You will have to rotate the vent window and pull up at the same time to get the bracket through the opening in the door. This video I found on youtube shows the process also.
