I would check that your alternator is putting out between 13.8 and 14.2 volts. One thing that often times is the culprit with electrical issues, is a bad or insufficient grounds. Check to see that the battery ground has a good clean connection to the engine. Also your cab needs to be grounded either directly or indirectly to the engine and/or battery. Also check the wiring plugs at the firewall to be sure they are snug.
