Thanks for checking in everyone! It may be sporadic, but I WILL make some headway on this project. Been heavily researching parts, trying to do it right, but keep it affordable. This is like anything else, you can spend as much or as little as you like on it- I like the challenge of operating within a budget- anybody with the means can throw money at a problem...
Anyway, did some low budget work that didn't cost me a cent: tore it down to the long block. She's a dirty girl, but I think I can clean 'er up enough to take home to momma...
