I know the '90s trucks cabs give more room. But,the seats I have in my '92 don't seem that fat in the back compared to original buckets. They are crazy comfortable,I know that,at least for me. I never used them in a 67-72 but would if the need ever arises. I've always preferred low backs. Matter of fact,that's what I ordered (custom vinyl) in my '92 instead of the high back cloths...and I ordered everything and anything I wanted. But,I had the driver seat bottom redone 3 times (every 20,000 miles or so) because the new vinyl sucks. When it needed it again,and was out of warranty,I bought new take out cloth high backs and what a difference!!
