I'll bet it makes some damn good torque. That said you could probably get away with a moderate stall. Something like 2300 with 3:73 gears.
That's just my "somewhat educated" guess. I have a 383ci/700r4 with 520 lift 244/244 cam with 2k stall and 4:11s. It makes a good torque down low so I was able to run the lower stall.
