I am running a Centech wiring fan controller. Fully adjustable to accomodate different temp thermostats and runs off of your existing temp sending unit or off a second sending unit(how i did mine). It does not rely on those terrible looking capilary tubes stuffed into the radiator fins or through a hose fitting to the radiator. Also has a case that looks like it was finished, unlike those adjustable units from NAPA and most other auto parts stores.
This unit const about three times as much though, but i would not even think twice about buying another one whenever i need a fan controller. It has worked flawlessly so far.
Here is a link to Centec wiring.

They had three models of controllers when i bought mine.
All depending on the sending unit that is needed to control the unit.
Also, before i purchased mine, i called tech support to ask a question. Who did i get on the phone? The owner of the company, and he answered every question i had without hesitation or asking an employee for help. Top notch service before i had even made a purchase.
